Speakers for the Science for Life seminar series can be nominated twice per year. The nominated speakers are evaluated and selected by the Science for Life seminar series committee, which will accept excellent national and international speakers within the field of bioscience.
The researcher that nominates an accepted speaker will be the host of the seminar. The host is responsible of finding a date for the seminar and booking travel and accommodations. SciLifeLab will cover the expenses for booking of the seminar venue, travel and accommodation and a social activity according to the Seminars Guidelines.
The SciLifeLab The Svedberg seminar series is running at the Biomedical Center in Uppsala. The seminar series’ history dates back to the middle of the 70’s. A local committee invites leading scientist from Sweden and worldwide to hold research seminars within the field of bioscience.
The Science for Life Seminars – Campus Solna is running every month, in the SciLifeLab Gamma building, Tomtebodvägen 23 A, Solna.
