We are looking for a bioinformatician / system developer to join our production team at National Genomics Infrastructure (NGI), one of the largest European sequencing facilities, at SciLifeLab in Solna. NGI – Stockholm, provides large-scale sequencing, as well as knowledge of this, to Swedish research groups. The aim is to promote Swedish research and to keep Sweden competitive within the field of genomics. This is achieved by working towards high quality of both data, analyzes and service. The candidate will work with quality control of data, running analysis pipelines and delivery of sequence data. Additionally, there will be tasks involving the development and maintenance of informatics solutions that handle the production’s internal data flow. The time spent on different tasks will depend heavily on the applicant’s experience.
